You can request a full refund at any point before your sapphire is found. Once our team locates your stone and work begins, the process is already in motion — and so is your story. At that point, we’re unable to offer a refund. If you have questions about your order status, reach out before the search begins and we’ll take care of you.

Quite a bit. You choose the color, shape, size, and cut — and our team goes to work finding a stone in Sri Lanka that matches exactly what you’re looking for. No browsing a generic inventory. No settling. Just a sapphire that was searched for with your preferences in mind.

Anywhere from three weeks to two to three months, depending on your order. Color, shape, size, and cut all affect the timeline — some combinations are simply harder to find and harder to cut than others. We’d rather take the time to find the right stone than rush and find the wrong one. You’ll be kept in the loop throughout.

You get two videos: one from your cutter, one from your polisher. Each one shows the actual process — you’ll watch your sapphire take shape and come to life by hand. You’ll also get a personal hello and a message from each artisan as they work on your stone.

Your videos are delivered by email, and you’ll have access to them forever. This is the kind of thing your kids will want to see someday.
